is a friend of mine. He and three friends started it to help fund trips
for people to go to Ohio and help the Romney
campaign there. They originally were just going themselves and thought,
“Hey, let’s throw the idea out there and see if anyone else wants to
go.” The response has been overwhelming. They are up to 40 confirmed and
waiting for donations to help more go! They raised $6000 in one day.
The local media here caught wind of it and they are going to follow them
on the trip. They have been in contact with Romney’s campaign in Ohio
who have staked out certain areas for them to canvas. "Mitmentum" seems
to be sweeping the country.
Kaela and I are thinking of going this weekend to Nevada to do the same thing.
