Republicans in Hollywood?

Now, I know that heading might seem a little odd to you, but I'll be darned if there aren't some Republicans in Hollywood! I was absolutely amazed when I read this article today, specifically because Hollywood has always been a largely liberal area. Alas! Finally some encouraging words, albeit from an unknown source, which to me adds even more to the hopeful message found within this article. Click here for the full article on "Romney wins in a landslide," by none other than a Las Vegas oddsmaker: Cook pilaf according to package directions using chicken broth. 2 Add broccoli and chicken to saucepan after 20 minutes of cooking; cover and continue cooking until chicken is cooked and broccoli is tender and broth is absorbed, 5 to 10 additional minutes. 3 Remove from heat and stir in cooking cream, yogurt, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Makes 4 servings. Read More http://www.ivillage.com/creamy-chicken-broccoli-and-grain-one-pot/3-r-376829#ixzz29ZIbFDlL Sign up for iVillage Special Offers

I solemnly admit that I did not watch the Presidential debates last night--in all honesty we don't have television and it's causes me too much anxiety--but it sure doesn't sound as though the "moderator" was very moderate. I don't see how anyone in America (or elsewhere for that matter) can take a debate seriously when the moderator clearly supports one candidate over the other. I believe it would be significantly difficult to stand (or sit) during a debate and be absolutely down the center for either candidate. Personally, I know I could not do it. Something in there would rumple my feathers and I'd have a freak out moment...of course, it sounds as though that happened here too. What's even more noticeable is that she comes from an extremely-liberal/George Soros related market...seriously, though. What did anyone truly expect?

I would like to conclude today's entry with a hilarious e-mail that I got from my Aunt Janet.
